When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Riptide Cricket uses Sendle for domestic shipping, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please note these are only estimates and tracking information can be provided if this is an option you select when processing your order.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on the products page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.

We suggest you check your Country’s import regulations before placing an order.

For any warranty claim, you are required to return the faulty item to the company, with proof of purchase. If it exceeds 60 days from date of purchase, you will be expected to cover the cost for postage. If the warranty is approved, Riptide Cricket will cover the cost for postage of the replacement item.

Riptide Cricket is not legally bound to replace, refund or repair any used product deemed faulty until the product manufacturer, importer or supplier authorises such a claim after inspecting the damaged, faulty or unsuitable product. Please ensure that you return any unsatisfactory product immediately for inspection. Requests for replacement or credit without inspection or proof of purchase may be declined.

Currently all products are available for pre order. 

They must be ordered by Aug 13th to Guarantee availability!!

Products will be ordered on the 13th August, and available for pick up at the beginning of October, pror to the start of the season.
